Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between John Charles Powley and Simon Henry Crisp, carrying on business as Solicitors in private practice under the style or firm name of POWLEYS has been dissolved as from 31st December 1997, so far as concerns John Charles Powley who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Simon Henry Crisp and Wayne Morris Clarke, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Powleys.
