Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 3 Portland Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1QQ, on 6th February 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by an Annual Meeting of Creditors for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up for the period of the liquidation.   A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
