To Philip Cloherty, formerly of 63 Goldsmith Avenue, W.3.; 7 Minerva Road, N.W.10.; 37 Grove Park Gardens, W.4. and 6 Amor Road, W.6. This demand is served on you by the Creditor, Alpha Centre Limited, 7 Minerva Road, N.W.10.   The Creditor claims that you owe the judgement sum of £1,831.71 and that it is payable immediately.   The Creditor demands that you pay the above debt or secure or compound for it to the Creditor’s satisfaction.   If you do not apply to set aside within 18 days, or otherwise deal with this demand within 21 days after service, you could be made bankrupt.
