Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Tuesday, 27th January 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date and, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
