Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Berley, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1M 7LB, on 12th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting and may appoint a proxy to attend instead of himself. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company.
