Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, on 11th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
