Notice of Deposit of Proposals for a Local Plan

Ceredigion Local Plan (including Waste Policies)—Deposit Version (January 1998)

Ceredigion County Council have prepared proposals for the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for Ceredigion County Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection at Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion, and at the addresses, given below, free of charge, on Wednesday, 14th January 1998, commencing at 12 noon until Wednesday, 25th February 1998, concluding at 12 noon during the following hours:

  Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals, should be sent in writing to the Director of Environmental Services and Housing, Ceredigion Local Plan, PO Box 13, Aberaeron SA46 OYD, before 12 noon, on Wednesday, 25th February 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.   Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on Wednesday, 25th February 1998, at 12 noon, will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or hearing.   Further information is available from The Local Plans Team, Ceredigion Local Plan, PO Box 13, Aberaeron SA46 0YD, telephone 01545 572125, fax: 01545 572 117.

Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals
