On 19th December 1997 the above Companies were placed in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and Steven Anthony Pearson and Ian Clifford Powell, of 101 Barbirolli Square, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3PW, were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Shareholders. The Joint Liquidators give notice pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Companies must send details in writing of any claims against the Companies to the Joint Liquidators at the above address by 9th February 1998, which is the last day for proving claims. The Joint Liquidators also give notice that they will make a final distribution to Creditors and than any Creditors who do not make a claim by the date mentioned will not be included in the distribution.
