Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH, on 12th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before it an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and agreeing the Liquidator’s further remuneration. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at 4th Floor, St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH, no later than 12 noon on 11th February 1998. F. Stansil, Liquidator 9th January 1998.
