Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5EQ, on Monday, 2nd February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and at 11 a.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of directing the matter in which the books and accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings, must be lodged at Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5EQ, not later than 12 noon on Friday, 30th January 1998. J. E.
