Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading RG7 4SD, on 11th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, the assets of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the appropriate Meeting may appoint another person as his proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms are available from the address below. Completed proxy forms to be used at the appropriate Meeting must be lodged at KPMG, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading RG7 4SD, by no later than 12 noon on 10th February 1998. J. D.
