At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 21 a Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea, West Glamorgan, on 24th October 1997, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Bruce Gomer Talfryn Rees, of 21 a Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
