A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up, and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford GU1 4EU, on 27th February 1998, at 10 a.m. Proxy forms must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the working day preceding the Meeting to enable Members to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
