Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members, and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 36-40 North Parade, Bradford, on Thursday, 12th February 1998, at 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting of Members is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. L. R. Hall, Liquidator 13th January 1998.
