Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Creta Ceramica Limited (No. 1344540) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 30th September 1997 and made between M P Kent Property Development Limited (1) and Automatic Catering Supplies Limited (2) and British Vending Industries Limited (3) situated at Unit 4, Beacon Rise, Stone, Stafford, as the same is registered at Birkinhead District Land Registry, with Title Absolute under Title Number SF129664, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 31st December 1997.
