Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the above-named Company and its Creditors will be held at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, Hobson House, 155 Gower Street, London WC1E 6BJ, on Monday, 16th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the conduct of the Liquidation. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf.
