MARINE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Marriott Hotel, Ditton Road, Langley, Slough SL3 8PT, on 30th January 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., on 28th January 1998 and 29th January 1998. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the offices of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, no later than 12 noon on 29th January 1998. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.
