Notice of application for a permit under sections 3 and 4 of the Antarctic Act 1994

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 4(2) of the Antarctic Regulations 1995, that Polar Logistics has submitted an application to the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs under sections 3(8) and 4(5) of the Antarctic Act 1994. A copy of the application is available for inspection during normal office hours at Polar Logistics, Kissack Court, 29 Parliament Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man IM99 4AN, UK, tel.
