METALTRAK LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 48(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Begbies Traynor, 6 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BP, on 17th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before it a copy of the report by the Administrative Receivers, under section 48 of the said Act, and, if thought fit, appointing a Committee. Creditors who are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting.
