At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fields Farm, Hardway, Bruton, Somerset, on 12th January 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Vincent Callcut, of Taylor Gotham & Fry, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend, Essex, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
