Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, on 20th February 1998, at 3 p.m., to have laid before it an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and that the remuneration of the Liquidator may be fixed at £1,200 plus VAT, plus disbursements.
