A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company is hereby summoned by the Liquidator, under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation to be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will be held at 1 Ashley Road, New Milton, Hampshire BH25 6BA, on 23rd February 1998, at 1000 hours.
