Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Doyle Davies, 21 St. Andrews Crescent, Cardiff, South Glamorgan, on 26th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
