Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Nyth Glyd, Ffrwd Road, Abersychan, Gwent NP4 8PF, on Friday, 6th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. W. E.
