Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Peak Properties (Buxton) Limited (Registered No. 811649), (hereinafter called “the Company”), vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises situated at Number 3 (formerly numbered 2 a ) The Grove (otherwise known as Grove Parade), Buxton, in the county of Derbyshire, as the same is more particularly described in a Conveyance dated 16th October 1981, and made between Frank Joseph Kershaw, Stephen Charles Cantor and Gordon Carmichael Hutchison (1) and the Company (2), the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 24th January 1997.
