On 12th January 1998, the Company was placed in Members’ voluntary Liquidation and Colin Graham Bird and Anthony Victor Lomas, of Price Waterhouse, were appointed Liquidators by the Shareholders. The Liquidators hereby give notice, under the provisions of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (and Rule 4.182A in particular), requesting Creditors of the Company to submit their claims to the Liquidators and that the Liquidators intend to make a final distribution to Creditors (as set out below). Creditors of the Company must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators, at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 6th March 1998. This is a the last day for proving claims. The Liquidators also give notice that they intend to make a final distribution to Creditors as soon as practicable hereafter. It is important for Creditors to appreciate that the Liquidators are entitled to make the final distribution without regard to the claim of any Creditor who has not proved a claim by that date (i.e. 6th March 1998) so that they will not be included in the distribution.
