Notice is given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members will be held at the offices of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, on 24th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meeting: that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be approved; that the Liquidator obtain his release; that the books and records of the Company be destroyed 12 months after dissolution.
