Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 61-63 St. Thomas’s Road, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 1DR, on 12th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Meeting of Members, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 17th December 1997, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
