Notice is hereby given that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Faram & Co., 34 West Street, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1SH, on Friday, 27th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m; 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986) showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Companies have been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and, also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
