Notice of Adoption of Proposals for the Wychavon District Local Plan
Notice is hereby given that on 21st January 1998, Wychavon District Council adopted these plan proposals as modified by the Council. The adopted proposals will form the development plan for Wychavon. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore and the Wychavon Shops in Droitwich Spa and Evesham during normal opening hours. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 29th January 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
