Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at The Gables, Goostrey Lane, Twemlow Green, near Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 8BH, on Friday, 27th February 1998, at 11 a.m., to receive the account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of the Member. C. G. T.
