At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Sugar Quay, Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6DQ, on Friday, 23rd January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Nicholas Pittman, of Ernest Francis, Oswald House, 24-26 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” J.
