In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so on or before 16th April 1998. It is my intention to declare a Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
