Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Creditors and Members of J. M. Acoustics Limited, will be held at Wessex House, 19 Threefield Lane, Southampton SO14 3QB, on 5th March 1998, at 12 noon and will be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 12.15 p.m. for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at Wessex House, 19 Threefield Lane, Southampton SO14 3QB, not later than 12 noon on 4th March 1998. M. D. Rollings, Liquidator 30th January 1998.
