At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 9 Houndgate, Darlington DL1 5RF, on Wednesday, 7th January 1998, at 2 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon John Lundy and Ian William Kings, of Jennings Johnson, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
