Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Friday, 6th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
