Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Company’s Creditors and Contributories will be held at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, on 27th February 1998, at North End Farm, Ditchling, Sussex BN6 8TG, for the purposes of receiving from the Liquidator an account of the Liquidation, how the Liquidation has been conducted and how the property of the Company has been disposed of. A proxy must be lodged with me not later than two days prior to the meeting to entitle you to vote at the Meeting. Liquidator 29th January 1998.
