Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Clark Collins, 9 a Station Road West, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9EE, on Tuesday, 3rd March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote in their place. Proxies need not be Members or Creditors of the Company. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Clark Collins, 9 a Station Road West, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9EE, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting. V. C.
