YATELEY HALL PREPARATORY SCHOOL TRUST

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Orchard Rise, Ship Lane, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 8BH, on Friday, 23rd, January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Trust be wound up forthwith and the Trust Assets transferred to the Institute of Christian Education, to be held by its Trustees upon and subject to the charitable trusts of its Trust Deed, dated 1st September 1924, and made between Syra Roantree and others and that advisers be instructed forthwith to give effect to this Resolution.”
