Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Justices of the Peace sitting at the Magistrates Court, Bishopgate, Norwich, on Thursday, 12th March 1998, at 10 a.m., for an Order authorising the stopping-up of a section of highway verge located on the U78196 New Road in the parish of Bawburgh.   The section of highway verge to be stopped up is rectangular in shape, is 5.5 metres wide at its widest point and varies in length from 15.5 metres to 19.5 metres. The total area to be stopped up is approximately 105.8 square metres.   A plan showing the land coloured in red which is the subject of this application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich and at the offices of South Norfolk District Council, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, Norwich.   Any person using the highway or any person aggrieved by the making of the Order, has a right to be heard before the Justices.
