A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up. The Meeting will be held at the offices of David Rubin & Co., Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, on 12th March 1998, at 11 a.m. A proxy must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
