At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at North Lane House, 9 b North Lane, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3HG, on 2nd February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Frank Fortune, of Horwath Clark Whitehill, Pelican House, 10 Currer Street, Bradford BD1 5BA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
