At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 6 Pennant Park, Standard Way, Fareham, Hampshire, on 30th January 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Carl Derek Faulds, of Radfords, 12 Portland Street, Southampton, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.”   The Liquidation arises following the reconstruction of this Company and of its associates.
