Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, Onslow Bridge Chambers, Bridge Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4RA, on 24th March 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be lodged at these offices by no later than 12 noon on 23rd March 1998. A. Murphy, Liquidator
