Notice of Deposit of Proposals for making a Simplified Planning Zone at Kings Norton Business Centre
Notice is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have prepared proposals for making the above scheme. Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection at: The Department of Planning and Architecture, Baskerville House, Broad Street, Birmingham, between 8.45 a.m. and 5.15 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between 8.45 a.m. and 4.15 p.m. on Friday. The Cotteridge Neighbourhood Office, 9 Pershore Road South, Birmingham, between 8.45 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. Wednesday, 8.45 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Thursday, and 8.45 a.m. and 3 p.m. Friday. The First Floor Management Suite, Slough Estates Regional Office, 15 Melchett Road, Kings Norton Business Centre, Pershore Road South, Birmingham, between 12 noon and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Free of charge, between 16th February and 30th March 1998. Objections and representations with respect to the proposals should be sent in writing to Alison Walker, Constituency Planning Officer at Department of Planning and Architecture, PO Box 28, Baskerville House, Broad Street, Birmingham B1 2NA, before 30th March 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they are made, and may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only persons whose objections or representations are made in writing and sent to the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 30th March 1998, will have the right to have their objections or representations considered.
Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals
If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, Birmingham City Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period. L. Sparks, Director of Planning and Architecture
