At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 20 Beaconsfield Road, Claygate, Surrey KT10 0PW, on 2nd February 1998, at 11.15 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Donald Williams, of Benedict McQueen, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
