Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 22 Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2BT, on 25th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted. The Liquidator will explain how the disposal of the property of the Company was undertaken and will seek confirmation that both his own books and records and those of the Company be now destroyed. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 22 Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2BT, not later than 12 noon on the last working day immediately before the Meeting.
