Notice of Substantial Road Works

Three months advanced notice is hereby given that the Highways Agency intends to carry out substantial road works for maintenance purposes. The streets in which these works will take place, extent, type and anticipated commencement dates are as listed below:

  Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the works described above without the consent of the Highways Agency, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.   Persons who wish to express an interest in the above works should contact the Highways Agency agent: Parkman, 79-81 Christchurch Way, Greenwich, London SE10 0AE, Tel: 0181-305 2500, Fax: 0181-305 0194, for the attention of Mr. K.
