At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Treherne, Nightingales, West Chiltington, West Sussex RH20 2QT, on 3rd February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter John William Stanger, of Elvaco House, 180 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9DN, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” A.
