Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 46(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Panos Eliades, of Panos Eliades, Franklin & Co., 6 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2LP, was appointed Administrative Receiver of the above-named Company on 5th February 1998 by G. E. Vinson and A. L. Sherred under the powers contained in a Debenture dated 31st October 1996, whereby fixed and floating charges were created over the whole of the assets and undertaking of the Company. P.
